It is odd that we both came the same day to a forum, I personally hardly visit anymore (well I do come by now and again, I usually am greeted with no update so in this day and age I don't have much time for disappointment

Actually, I was discussing the forum with Timen and Robert last week. We're getting a lot more people drawn to the game through the Steam forums, so we're thinking about moving the community in that direction. It'll be easier for Robert to keep track since he's already on Steam 24/7, and the discussion will be directed more towards the game.
