Kickstarter post mortem?

Your updates to the project said that you did a lot of discussion after the fact. Would it be possible for you to put down in the forums some of the key points from those discussions? It would be very helpful for those gamers that will be kickstarting things in the future.

Yeah, looks like it's going to be a 50-page document, doesn't it? Actually, it was nice not to think about Kickstarter for a while. I think the Post-mortem will be better because of it.

I ran across THIS article the other day on Gamasutra, seems like video games actually getting funded on Kickstarter is a fairly rare thing. For the amount of publicity that you generated for the game, I believe the whole campaign was worth the effort!

Now you just need to try and maintain that momentum and build on it going forward. I am really looking forward to seeing what your brainstorming sessions have come up with.

Well, that seems to be the thing with Triangle... They make you wait until you start pulling out your hair and then come up with something worth it :)

Not on purpose though, we're being swamped with work lately. Which is a good thing, we need to pay the bills as well :-)
