Shooting additional animations
Yesterday we have been shooting some additional animations in our ghetto mocap studio. We’re using software from iPi Soft and two Xbox 360 Kinects at a 90 degree angle. The Kinects are able to record the depth information of the movement. The software then combines the two Kinect feeds into one single animation file, which we can use on our characters after some small modifications.
Ah, already wondered how you would make the other animations, smart way.
